The hotel has a good location with beautiful gardens and a nice pool. Guests have access to a gym as well. the staff are friendly and the breakfast is decent.
The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms and cottages are below average, and some basic facilities like functional phones, towels, and toiletries are not provided properly.

Our Christmas stay was beautiful mainly because of the location. The surroundings were calm and peaceful, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed the neatly maintained gardens and the pool facilities. The food served was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Our experience was overshadowed by several drawbacks. Issues with cleanliness were evident - the bedsheets were stained and smelly, the bathroom was unclean, and towels were not provided.

The location was great with beautiful surroundings, just what I was looking for. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the gym and pool amenities, which were available during my stay. the staff was friendly and their service was impeccable.
I did notice that there were some minor issues within the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Best aspects were the friendly staff, delicious breakfast, neat and clean rooms, and great facilities available like the gym and pool. We enjoyed the calm and pleasant weather which added to the overall experience. The location was convenient for us and we had no trouble finding transportation.
